At BEX Asia 2025, Ngee Ann Polytechnic showcased a fully circular, zero-waste exhibition booth designed to demonstrate practical sustainability in the built environment sector.
The 60sqm modular exhibition stand, constructed entirely from reusable STAXX blocks, was designed to attract attention and guide visitors through a structured journey. A 360° digital screen wrap created high visibility across the hall, while clearly defined experiential zones enabled meaningful engagement with dedicated staff at each touchpoint.
Every material was selected with circularity in mind. Recycled carpet was used throughout, LED lighting minimised energy consumption, live plants were returned to the nursery after the show, and all printed graphics were produced on FSC-certified board and recycled post-event.
The result was a sustainable exhibition booth in Singapore that combined strong brand presence, structured storytelling, and measurable waste reduction — proving that impactful exhibition design does not require disposable construction.
